@TPCentralOdisha Wanted to know how this has only affected our house while our neighbours have power supply. We have been without a power supply for the last 5 hours. Our neighbours and everyone from our locality has a power supply.

We raised the complaint twice regarding no power supply at our place yet there was no solution offered to us. We have been waiting for the last 5 hours to get our issues fixed but @TPCentralOdisha seems not to care at all, most probably it is just one house which is affected.

@TPCentralOdisha I have shared the CA number so I would request you to look after this matter and offer a solution for the same as we have been waiting for the past 5 hours. We have old family members who are living in discomfort due to no power supply.

@shipmozo the worst shipping service provider ever, I guess the hired blind & unprofessional customer service team, they mention that we provide dedicated KAM to each client, but in reality they never listened to our queries, they can' even solve a single problem of courier.

For someone who believed that @IndiaPostOffice is more reliable than the other private shipping companies, it seems like i have been proven wrong this time. attaching the screenshots as proof:

Went to po asking about the whereabouts of the parcel, and they have been saying that it is a technical issue. okay but for how long? y'all will not take our complaints seriously and then get back saying, "sorry no data is found. You should have raised the complaint sooner".

Did a registered parcel through @IndiaPostOffice on 8th feb with the expectation that it would reach me sooner, but there has been no update after the parcel has been booked. I got to know through other people that the PO Branches in Kerala have a history of delaying parcels.

I tried calling the PO customer service number as well, but there was no response from their side either. Been calling every other hour to raise a complaint, but they have not responded at all and the other times, it says that the number is busy. When is it going to be resolved?
