@ToxicWillow506 @CoolRunnersClub I saw player, he was in my line of sight near flight control, I tossed that spider right into him and instead of going into player, he started randomly moving between turrets and then just blow up in the middle of the street. He didn't even blow up a fckin turret.

@smashboyhere @CoolRunnersClub Well depends on how you're using it, if you're tossing it at a wall or at your feet and hoping it goes after somebody nearby it won't work, you're better off tossing it at people so it gains line of sight, it'll chase them more consistently that way

@slimeykhan @CoolRunnersClub I was throwing it literally up to 10 meters into players that I had direct visible contact with. In first case he was moving like an idiot between turrets on the Outpost and he couldn't decide which way to go.

@smashboyhere @CoolRunnersClub Definitely just your experience😂. You must be using it stupidly. If you think you can just throw it anywhere and without any purpose ofc it’ll do nothing. If you have an idea where people are and you place it right it works wonders. I went from like a 40% of it hitting to 80%

It feels like D2 players are saying “We want Steady Hand” and D2 Dev Team is saying “Here’s Finite!” We complained about Thermals in Marathon and they literally got rid of ALL the easy-to-get Thermals in the game. Why do the two teams feel THIS different?

Woah, the C.A.R.R.I event incentivizes solos/rooks and teams to work together. I did not see that coming haha Also a consumable that lets you revive enemy players sounds like it could lead to some very cool interactions. And a new event title Excited to check all of this out!

We're currently working on making duos a real feature in Season 2 and are diligently working on delivering that to all of you who are eagerly awaiting its return. ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL QUEUES: The experimental queue is a time limited queue that allows us to preview features in development with you, often with a less-than-complete feature set. This queue allows the Marathon development team to learn and obtain feedback that helps us deliver a more completed feature set down the line. For the sake of queue health and focus we only run one experimental queue at a time. Once we have learned enough to understand our next steps for this feature, we start work on finalizing the feature and move on to the next experiment. Your participation in any experiment is greatly appreciated and is very helpful to us in developing features down the line. THE NEXT EXPERIMENT: What happens when you bring a knife... to a knife fight? For our next experiment, starting Wednesday, 4/15 at 10AM PT, we will be enabling the Dire Marsh - Sponsored Queue. This is a new experimental queue that is focused on learning a bit more about our early gear ecosystem. In this queue all players will enter with a free sponsored kit and be challenged to use what they find on Dire Marsh to upgrade themselves and get out! Details below. DIRE MARSH SPONSORED Details: The experiment will run for approximately 2 weeks, from 4/15 @ 10AM PT to 4/29 @ 10AM PT. We may change the end timing depending on anything we discover along the way that might warrant us to make an adjustment. --You will only be eligible to enter the queue if you (and your crew) have a free sponsored kit (white tier) equipped. --You can enter as a premade duo (crew fill off), premade trio, or crew fill into a trio. --The queue will only be for the Dire Marsh Zone. --To enter this queue, you can select "Dire Marsh Sponsored" from the zone list. @DeathstormDAG @Ziegler_Dev I'm yelling on twitter for days now, that this game should have min/max loadout value to enter based on maps. Maps with better loot should have higher requirement for your loadout to enter. This system should be implemented for each map, not only Cryo.

Howdy, Mr. Ziegler, I have a question. Have you guys thought about possibly limiting what kind of loot can go into starting maps like perimeter? It’s something that I was talking about with a couple buddies of mine, I’ve noticed that a lot of higher tier teams will come into perimeter and use it as target practice on newer players. I understand there is a hard-core experience you’re trying to cultivate, but I think it would be interesting if places like perimeter were lots of new players start, had a “don’t you think you’re too looted to be here” system. Like say, the highest level of shield, you can have is blue, or any loadout past a certain value can’t go in. Kind of like the reverse of what you have on Cryo. I think it would ease a lot of the starting pains new players have. I would love to know your opinion.

@dillonatm @Maltyversee Game should allow players to slowly come back and build their inventory. Right now it is difficult, because there is no separation by skill or loot value. You go on Perimeter, map that bungie called "begginer friendly" and u just get absolutely demolished by dudes with cryo guns

@Maltyversee I don't mind casuals, and i'm all for accessibility But a lot of what I see boils down to "This game is kicking my ass and if the bar isn't lowered or player agency isn't nerfed the game will die" which is just not the case

Something needs to be done about matchmaking against fully kitted players with free kits. The amount of times I want to just load into a free kit run to get some better gear for cryo or something and just die within 3 minutes to a fully kitted team is unreal
