idk how true it is but my dr has said studies indicate you need to maintain your goal weight/lifestyle changes for about 5 years before you're unlikely to regain

@belligerentsky In Sweden you can get a large julbord pizza for 149 kr. We call this a "Hot Sven" here in Venice of the North (Stockholm for you outsiders). The best thing too is that you don't even have to wait you just walk in and its always hot and ready to go at the counter.

I had a roommate ask for me to split the cost for a "buy 1 get 1 free" pizza deal in which we each got half of the paid pizza and she got the entire free pizza for herself, despite us both paying the same amount.
I said no thanks, she genuinely didn't understand why.

A few weeks ago Swift experienced acute hind leg paralysis from IVDD. I’ve spent the last few weeks nursing him back to health getting him to the point he could walk again. However, he was still on strict crate rest for another 3 weeks.
Today on his “walk” he jumped out of his stroller and hit his head and had a seizure. He is currently hospitalized in critical condition.
He is the light of my life. If you believe in god or even if you don’t please pray for him or even just send good vibes. This dog is my world and my best friend. I’m praying for a miracle.

@Jen_jen_jen_123 No, British beans are in tomato sauce. The sickeningly sweet beans you're referring to are of course AMERICAN baked beans. Compare Branston to Bush's, the latter has over twice as much sugar per serving.
