Ha ha.. You think Advocates are born out of blue??? Justice VR Krishna Iyer was Minister in Kerala's first Left Govt Ministry before become Judge ... And as SC Judge, he diluted, Landmark Judgment of Allahabad HC Judge Jagmohanlal Sinha's Judgment, allowing Indira Gandhi to continue in power as PM). Another SC Justice Bahrul Islam was Congress MP from Assam, many times before becoming Judge and again became MP (He passed Order to save all Congress CMs of Bihar from Fodder Scam - Leaving Lalu Prasad to Destiny) ... All aware - Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad is a Sangh Organisation, all ABVP LLB Students are part of it .... What is big issue ... Can't LLB students select their politics? ...AILU (All India Lawyers Union... Every SFI or AISF students join AILU.. What is the problem???). AILU is a Left wing organisation & many of its members became Judges, Congress have many lawyers organisations - one prominent is Vidhi Parishad - many became Judges. DMK, AIADMK, SP, BSP, RJD have their Lawyers organisations - They all became Judges later - Analyse the Judge based on their Judgments - not on go petty on their old College or Lawyers days affiliations.... Have some Decorum.. Analise a Judge based on his/her Judgments ... Now a days a CPI(M) MP in Rajya Sabha always barking against a Rtd Supreme Court Judge (He was ABVP during his student days) - Basically that CPI(M)'s problem is - That SC Judge Ordered demolition of his illegal Flat in Kerala (made out his kick backs) 😎

The Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad, established in 1992 is the lawyers’ wing of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. From left, some of the ABAP’s founding patrons: Guman Mal Lodha, a former chief justice of the Gauhati High Court and later Lok Sabha MP; ES Venkata Ramaiyah, a retired chief justice of India; HR Khanna, a former judge of the Supreme Court; and M Rama Jois, who resigned as the chief justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court the year the ABAP was founded. On the last day of campaigning, @ptrmadurai broke down. It is sometimes difficult to see a grown man tear up during an election campaign. Such behaviour, after all, isn’t expected of politicians. We have reduced our profession into a cruel, heartless one. Yet, this rare moment of vulnerability was telling: over the last ten days, I have observed a man who leads not with his mind but his heart. Of course he has degrees from MIT, of course he’s been a brilliant Finance Minister, of course he’s one of the sharpest brains around - but what sets him apart is his deep kindness and commitment to a politics of care. What could be a better testament to that politics than the fact that there was not a single dry eye in the rally he addressed? As Tamil Nadu heads to the polls on the 23rd of April, I am certain that PTR will win from Madurai. What I more certain of, however, is that he will have won many hearts - not only in Madurai, but far far beyond.

Anti-incumbency is there and it isn’t surprising because the TMC has been in power for 15 years. But anti-incumbency hasn’t resulted in abandoning the TMC in WB yet. TMCs performance in by-elections between 2021-2026 tells you that. Bannerjee is still the most popular leader!
The Calcuttan@ceasefries

Some self-proclaimed pollsters, both in and out of Bengal, repeatedly say 'anti incumbency'. If there is anti-incumbency, it is against the non-performing BJP MLAs who have never even shown their faces in their constituencies.

What BJP doesn’t realise is that lesser voting will benefit the party in power more than anyone else. TMC’s political mobilisation to get voters to the polling booth is far ahead of the opposition; the opposition vote bank will suffer more than anything else.

Are they preparing for war? No, it is just for West Bengal election! This is like next level fear BJP seems to have! First the SIR Then CEC using words like Get Out to sitting TMC MPs Then the ED Raids Then arresting IPac co founders Now this.

A military conference to deliberate as how to hold “free and fair” elections in #Bengal Unbelievable - Chiefs of BSF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP & CISF - all came together in #Kolkata to discuss one state ‘election’? Is this #BengalElection2026 or Operation Sindoor? Or operation Bengal?

Absolute bonkers! BJP won’t cross 75. I have watched WB elections since I was in school and this election despite ECI & SIR don’t appear to be one where the incumbent will be thrown out of power. The people seem to be largely reluctant.
Adarsh Pandit@Adarsh_Bharat3

As of day BJP is crossing 125 seats in WB, complete sweep expected in phase 1. A small push and we are in for a phenomenal win. Palpable anger against #TMC. The only journey left now is from anger to voting against TMC. BJP fishing on that anger! #WestBengalElections
