@boltapp See the below reply from your CS rep - how does it even make sense for the price to suddenly 'jump' up by almost 100% for the same destination (without any addition of any stops), without any traffic? There is practically no change to the route to warrant such a fare difference.

@boltapp @LiorSteinberg What's worse is the experience with your Customer service - I've talked to one who reviewed the situation and promised a refund, (which never happened), and on following up all the CS reps said different things, some refusing to even look into the situation and just hung up!
