@bookingcom Hello! Yes, I spoke with a very helpful and friendly customer service person this morning at @bookingcom :) And they confirmed that it's @vueling that needs to issue the Avios. But as you can see - they believe otherwise. Hey ho.

Booked a hotel stay months ago through @bookingcom in partnership with @vueling so that I could get some #Avios - waited ages for them to be credited but they haven't been. Contacted helpline & there is no record of missing Avios. No contact details & no way to report online!

@vueling Bahahha. And we have come full circle. @bookingcom are you following this!? I have emailed, chatted & spoken with them - and, as is stated on the bottom of the booking "Avios will be awarded by Vueling." Geez. It's like 700 Avios - far from trying to claim a free flight.

@vueling Yes, yes I've done that. And the reply I got was incorrect saying that it's an issue with booking.com. Feels like going 'round in circles here. Nothing is being resolved. And the reply I got told me to reply to the email. Which bounced back.

In @lidl in Germany, they have #leopardprint blender and scale! But in @lidlespana they only have the toaster and the kettle. Yes, of course I bought the toaster and the kettle. But now I want the rest of the set!! @lidlespanaAC - will you guys be stocking this? Pretty please?
