does anyone have any good resources on how to support student paramedics with dyslexia? particularly around how to adapt mentoring styles, Q&As etc to be more accessible?

6/6 co-create a learning experience
The student is the expert in how they learn, ask them what they prefer and what they don't.

5/6 Always be honest
Student need to know how well they are doing, what they need to improve upon. Too often student fail placement with little to no warning. Early clear conversation are key. Again, through a safe, supportive environment.
