🧵 1/6 How to support learners in practice- Inclusivity helps everyone Often those approachs that help neurodiverse students are elements of good practice education. An inclusive approach should be adopted for everyone.

6/6 co-create a learning experience The student is the expert in how they learn, ask them what they prefer and what they don't.

5/6 Always be honest Student need to know how well they are doing, what they need to improve upon. Too often student fail placement with little to no warning. Early clear conversation are key. Again, through a safe, supportive environment.
