#assc @theASSC in next ASSC, a given psn cant organize(=submit a ppsl) for both a symp AND a tute. The submission page also implies that one cannot be a symp organizer AND a speaker for tute. Is this true? If one violates, will it make both ineligible? Does anyone know?

4. We argue that transient, non-oscillatory dynamics are the main conduit for inter-areal communication during sensory inference. Instead, we propose that oscillations stabilize neural representations over time and facilitate plasticity processes during late, feedback processing.
