🇺🇸🇮🇷 The United States has classified the funeral ceremonies of American soldiers killed in this war. No filming, no coverage. Families told to grieve privately, quietly, invisibly. The official death toll sits at 13 though the real number could be much higher. Over 200 wounded across seven countries — the “vast majority minor injuries,” says CENTCOM, which is exactly what you say when you don’t want anyone doing the math. 13 is the number they’re admitting to. It doesn’t include the KC-135 crew whose crash they initially said wasn’t hostile fire then an Iranian proxy claimed it. It doesn’t account for the classified casualty categories that every American war eventually produces. It doesn’t explain why you ban cameras at Dover Air Force Base unless the coffins keep arriving faster than the narrative can absorb them. They banned photography of flag-draped coffins coming home from Iraq too. That lasted until 2009. We know how that story ended.
