Tu cerebro funciona igual.

@SergioHidalAERO Tengo una sensación similar.

I tracked my heart rate during a 45-minute speaking gig in front of 500 people yesterday.
I used to be a very nervous public speaker. My heart rate would spike like crazy.
The simple trick that changed everything:
I started practicing my talks while doing light cardio. It simulates the heart rate rise you’ll feel when you get in front of people. You start adapting and getting better at managing it.
Sounds weird, but try it. Trust me, it really works.

I'm on a rooftop in Bangkok (not like me).
And I decided to move here for a month?
I came to Thailand for a 3x3 tournament as part of my basketball business, but uh... the connecting airports between Bangkok and New York are Doha, and Abu Dhabi. Airspace closed by Iran. So I'm a little stranded here, flights are insanely expensive, and I'm due in Germany on March 20th for another basketball tournament... so I just made a decision to stay in Bangkok for the month.
I cannot stress how out of character this is for me. I'm a home body. Yeah, I've got some eccentric interests, but I love my bed and the comfort of my day to day life. I'm really not adventurous at all. The shy awkward gangly kid comes out in situations that are unfamiliar.
But weirdly, it makes financial sense for me to stay. And l've been a little down lately. And I can use this time as anything-the chance to reset, or the chance to launch a project, or to get in tip top shape, or anything I want it to be!
But also, I'm launching a consultancy this month, and onboarding a new employee, and probably launching a crowdfunding campaign, and need to cut weight to get quick enough for pro basketball...and weirdly, those might be easier away from home. New York has more shiny objects than vacations for me.
So, you're probably reading this afternoon time in the US, while I'm on a rooftop at 1 am, WILDLY out of my comfort zone, holding a drink at a bar solo (which I never do) (and writing on twitter) (loser), as confirm my decision to stay in Bangkok for the month. As they say, for the plot.
Weeee will see what happens. But cheers to being brave.
