Ok I could explain it but THEN we gotta get into the backpack gun, the bedroom gun, the kitchen gun, the shower gun, the boot holster holdout, the garden shed shotgun, the patio revolver and the one gun we never talk about because the NSA is listening. Ideally a man should have one gun for every imagined scenario involving Federal agents, or ninjas, or Federal ninjas suddenly attacking.

Would somebody who owns one please explain the category "truck gun" to me? Don't get me wrong, I'm completely in favor of people being as heavily armed as they want to be. I just don't understand the threat model that leads to people having a specific gun that they specifically carry in their truck. I mean, as opposed to on their person. What do you use a truck gun for? Is there some epidemic of backroad banditry that needs to be suppressed? Are people driving with one hand and potting varmints with the other? What's actually going on here? Inquiring minds want to know.

@tanpukunokami 6 major ones. Of those I like kc the best. Memphis and Texas are also good. There are also tons of variations on them. 2 of the small towns near me have their own style of sauces. That are based on the kc style.

I heard something about American BBQ that I’d love to confirm. TIL you can buy 75% vinegar by the gallon online and USPS will ship it to you. One gallon of 75% vinegar requires 15 gallons of water to dilute it to normal strength vinegar. I know these things not because I purchased them, but because I walked into the post office this morning 5 minutes after two gallons of it was crushed on the bottom of a pallet and broke. Now, I love vinegar. Salt & Vinegar are my favorite chips. I refuse to eat fried fish without a bottle of malt. So when I say that the smell inside that 900 sq ft building was so overpowering I almost hurled, believe me. They were trying to mop it up and move as much stuff outside as possible, while still doing their morning sort. We brought them our fans from the shop. They were still airing it out this afternoon. Huge stain on the linoleum from the vinegar fading it instantly. Please don’t buy 75% vinegar online.

@learning_yohei Sort of. It depends on the people who owns the house. For my house its an eh as in I dont on my own unless I am going somewhere. If I have people over its up to them.
