Fear of judgment @timagixe , I've been there. There will always be people judging you when you do something (see the comment I got below the screenshot). So either: - you let judging people win, and do nothing - or you listen to yourself and make your dream come true When you’re surrounded by the right people, negative comments won't affect you. And right people lift you up. So if people say bad things about you, maybe they are toxic for you, and you don't want this. Often, people judging are jealous (it's easier to criticize than do things) or not well in their own life. Count me as a supporter if you want to start writing. We all are bad at something when we start, it shouldn't prevent us to start.

I made an app to fix my terrible posture. It uses my MacBook Pro camera to watch me work. When AI detects that I’m sitting like a shrimp 🦐, it sends me a notification with a preview of my posture so I can reposition myself. Everything stays local. It works offline too. > supershrimp.io And because apparently my brain only responds to fake rewards, I added XP: good posture makes my shrimp evolve (currently level 7).

As a medical school professor, I've taught about blood transfusions for decades. But this study from Aging Cell just showed that removing blood may be even more powerful. Researchers performed periodic phlebotomy -- drawing just 6% of blood volume every two weeks -- on aging models. The results were staggering: -> Memory and cognition restored to youthful levels -> New neurons grew in the hippocampus -> Liver, kidney, heart, skin, and bone all rejuvenated -> Inflammatory senescence proteins (SASP) dropped dramatically -> Klotho (the longevity protein) levels restored The mechanism? Phlebotomy rebooted bone marrow stem cells, shifting blood production back from the inflammatory myeloid bias of aging to a youthful pattern. This is metabolic dysfunction in reverse.
