Great to join @Vault__Summit as a Community Partner. Vault standards like ERC-4626 and ERC 7540 are becoming core infrastructure for how assets operate onchain, not just how they’re issued, but how they integrate, scale, and get used. Looking forward to pushing this forward together.

Token standards are how DeFi scales. ERC-20 gave every token the same interface. Any wallet, any protocol, it just works. ERC-4626 did the same for vaults. One standard for deposits, withdrawals, and yield. That's why @Aave, @Morpho, and @eulerfinance are interoperable; they speak the same language. But both assume instant settlement. Deposit USDC → receive shares → same block. Now try that with a tokenized Treasuries fund. Or a credit product. These assets settle in days, not blocks. The vault can't issue shares because the price isn't final yet. The standard breaks. ERC-7540 fixes this. It extends ERC-4626 with a two-step request/fulfill pattern. You request a deposit or redemption, the asset settles on its own timeline, and you claim when ready. Same vault interface. Same composability. Works for assets that don't settle in one block. Centrifuge vaults support ERC-7540 natively, so issuers deploying tokenized funds can offer async deposits and redemptions out of the box, without custom infrastructure. $1.3B+ in tokenized assets, operating through a standard any DeFi protocol can integrate.

@centrifuge @aave @Morpho @eulerfinance 👏 ERC-7540 exists for exactly this reason. Many tokenized assets can’t settle in a single block, and extending ERC-4626 with a request/fulfill flow keeps vault integrations standardized across DeFi. Good to see real deployments pushing the async vault model forward.

Cap protocol’s stcUSD looks like another interesting ERC-4626 vault product for set-and-forget it yield.

The state of Wyoming just launched the first government issued stablecoin. It's an ERC-20 on Ethereum by default. It has an adapter to mint on Arbitrum, Solana, and others. There's also an ERC-4626 vault in the contracts that makes it yield bearing.

Before ERC4626, vaults were a mess. Every protocol used a different format. No standards. No interoperability. No plug and play.
