@totalwireless I've had a lot of phone services in my life this is literally the worst one ever and they lied about every bonus and discount they would give me for being a new joiner I haven't got any of that shit . My bill hasn't dropped up and deducted at all.

This is extremely disappointing from Motorola. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone to buy Motorola phones until this issue is properly

They have ripped me off three times now, stating that they have not received my phones when I do my upgrade. First they sent me a notification saying that they received my phone. Then they started charging me saying they had not received my phone. I called them back. They hunted my phone down or at least that’s what they said. They then reinstated my discount. Then they took it back again. I called them a third time they reinstated it again then they remove the discount again, saying they had not received the phone. 😡 they did this very same thing to my son’s phone. Now they are doing it again to me after I just purchased an iPhone 17. My older son just purchased an iPhone 17 and they are doing the same thing to him. Either their employees are stealing from them or they are just scam. Artists. Either way they don’t give a crap about their customers. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
