Did your court rule (district judge) that the DP would not apply to him? I’m with you, if there isn’t enough evidence to formally convict him, the courts can’t find him guilty 🤷

@traceya12 @wokesocieties @RealCandaceO Americans were really upset by this. If no one is brought to trial ... well, then a good 1/3 of the people in the US are guilty essentially in the court of public opinion? And the crime carries a death penalty. So I really want a fair trial.
