9:22 am - 10.19 — The road remains closed. Lake Travis Fire Rescue does not have control over the timeline for reopening, as Texas Gas is managing the scene and working to mitigate the damage and gas leak.

LTFR is on the scene of a gas leak at 620 and 2222, where a construction crew hit an 8-inch gas line. Northbound lanes are closed at the 6400 block of 620, and traffic is being turned around. Comanche Trail is open and can be used as an alternate route.
