@TexasGasService I understand the City of El Paso and the Texas Railroad Commission agreed on ~27% rate hikes. However, how is it my bill is quadrupling? I barely ever use the heat, etc. $98.44 for a delivery charge??? This is completely ridiculous!

@TexasGasService wtf is a weather normalization fee? Delivery charge? I mean isn’t that grouped with the fact my elderly mother is a customer? It’s not like you all bring her gas tanks lol…her bill is $25 more expensive than last month and she turned on her heater about 3 times. Yall are super money hungry. #gas #texasgas #naturalgas #scam

@TexasGasService waiting the full 30 days to shut off the gas so they can send me another bill is quite scummy. But what am I gonna do, cancel them? Already did. Recommend against them to others? They're a local monopoly. They can fuck over whoever they want. Good riddance tho.

@TexasGasService sucks. In Feb, when I finally got my meter set up correctly, the nasty customer lady told me that she'd fix me & she apparently stopped my automatic payments. Last month I get a notice that I hadn't paid my bill of <$5 & my gas would be turned off & that there's a $25 charge. The lady was woefully ignorant & never told me that my automatic payments wouldn't work anymore but she'd remove the $25. So THIS MONTH, I get another notice that my gas will now be turned off & now by bill is >$50. The nice lady today was soooo sorry that I was charged $25 for my now $27 bill but even though it was the prior customer service people's fault (twice because neither of them told me that my automatic payments weren't working), I'm still on the hook for an extra $25. Great. Just freaking great.

@TexasGasService changed payment systems, turning off my auto payments. You shut off the gas w/out knocking on my door! Balance paid immediately. I called twice & your rep said you won't be back until MONDAY to turn it back on. What are we supposed to do without Gas for 5 days?!?
