@JasonSwett Most problems I’ve seen come from misconfigurations as it’s super easy to get it wrong. Also, I think it’s too easy to create something that’s too strict.

I don't understand why so many people hate Jira. It's the only ticketing system I've ever used that doesn't irritate me every time I use it.
