@boschindia @BoschGlobal your technician was supposed to come at 4pm today. He said he’ll call before coming. I called him at 2pm to confirm he’s coming. He said he can’t come and has arranged for another technician who will call me before coming.

When I didn’t get a call till 3.40 I called him again and he said the guy will surely come. It’s already past 420 and I haven’t got any call yet. The previous technician is not answering my calls now. @boschindia @BoschGlobal
