2023: Our most people-ish portrait to date and I absolutely adore it. @RossySculpts created my little goblin family and I truly feel that this represents the thinly veiled feral energy of the twins. Also..... just look at them.....my little goblins are growing up..... 😭

As some of you may know, every year I commission a family portrait to hand on the walls of our home. Something fun, whimsical, and different. This is my favourite tradition, and I have had the privilege to meet wonderful artists and people. This 🧵 holds all my treasures ❤️

@vexedmuddler @may_gun Have you put together (or thought of doing so) a review of the ones you've tried?

@KarlHvM @may_gun Now if someone wants to invest a little more there are several excellent systems on the market. I’ve tried Olloclip, Sandmarc, and Shiftcam and was very happy with all three systems. But these are pricy.

@KarlHvM @may_gun For the record I don’t really recommend most new users get higher than 10x magnification, because you have to get INCREDIBLY CLOSE to your subject with higher magnification clip-on lenses, and light becomes a huge problem. For beginners, 10x gives you good results with less pain.

@EvoPhD @Elasmo_Gal Honestly your best bet is to look at artists who make stuff you’re interested in and see if they have a redbubble or society 6 page.

@Elasmo_Gal I don’t know about a nice quality tapestry, but i have had things put on fabric from my personal field images with spoon flower. Maybe @vexedmuddler can help. She has lots of avenues for art.

I realize this is a super random request, but does anyone know where I can get a nice tapestry with some elasmobranchs on it?
