ok i have a very different experience / view regarding this; i do agree with most of the stuff , EXCEPT Bragging right :) From what i have observed, no one gives a Sh*t about yr intern. They just say "Congrats" and move on. i have talked / milked my Razorpay intern numberios time on this platform and NO ONE has ever asked what i actually did there !! But you as a person NEED to Flex / Brag about every little thing you do. That is how you market yourself. The indian tech twitter is filled with engagement farmers. i would rather see people bragging about: 1) any small internship that u cracked / did 2) small OS contribution that u made 3) tried a crazy impossible shot and filed (message xyz types ) 4) xyz number of DSA questions 5) xyz streak of what u studied / learned hope fully made my point clear; Flex yr achievements. whatever they may be . Coz no one cares :)
