DAY 2 did omad for today! had fish w fries very very good😝 i was sitting in front of my food for a good few mins calculating the cals tho😭 didn’t get many steps in bc i kinda slept all day.. but overall it was pretty chill again😛

DAY 1 fast went well & got a 35 min walk in! js slept the rest of the day honestly chill day😛
