@elevenlabs recently raised $500M at an $11 billion valuation. Here's what we learned after adding a conversational voice feature to our AI writing tool, @waldium. The output quality jumped in a way I didn't fully expect, and not because the model got better.

All settled into our new office. Ours pays homage to the legendary CS 002 lab at @uwcse, where 10 years ago my now cofounder and I were hacking. I guess you could say that everything (and nothing) has changed.

People ask me why we're building Waldium. Here's what I have to say: the way people discover products is fundamentally changing. It used to be ten blue links on Google, a few review sites, and paid ads. Now it's ChatGPT responses, AI agents inside enterprise tools, recommendation engines, conversational interfaces.. an exploding number of surfaces where someone might encounter your company for the first time.
And yet every tool available to marketers is still optimized for the old world. SEO tools fight for rankings on a single, shrinking channel. AI writing tools generate generic content from generic data. CMS platforms store what you've already written but don't help you create, publish, or get discovered. The gap isn't tools, it's that no one has built the bridge between what a company actually knows and how the AI-native web discovers it.
That's what Waldium is: a CMS built for this new landscape, one that continuously researches your space, interviews your experts, curates your knowledge, and publishes content that is genuinely yours. So your company shows up everywhere that matters, not just where it used to. I wrote more about this on our blog: waldium.com/blog/the-waldi…

Your CMS is killing your best ideas.
Not slowly. Not subtly. Every time you have a thought worth sharing and then open your publishing tool.
Traditional CMS platforms introduce friction at every step:
→ Overwhelming UIs that make simple tasks feel complex
→ Template traps that lock you into upgrade paths
→ Linear workflows built for how people worked in 2010

Build a Feature with Me for @waldium! I recently started using @WisprFlow together with the @linear MCP in @cursor_ai, and PR Reviews with Mesa.dev. It's such a fun workflow that I recorded a short walkthrough of how we do it
- I start by speaking a command into Wispr Flow: “Create a new bulk post creation tab in my PostActions.tsx and make a Linear task for it.”
- Then, I move to Cursor to write code. I can just say "implement that task from Linear"
- I also use AI for generating PRs with GitHub CLI. “Create a PR with all unstaged changes and give it a descriptive name,” it handles everything from adding commits to linking the Linear issue. The PR shows up complete with metadata + the right branch naming.
- We also run Mesa for AI code reviews. It adds comments, rewrites descriptions, and summarizes diffs once the PR is created.
Building at the speed of thought!

At #SFTechWeek, @amruthagujjar joined @dots_dev’s Future of Data Labeling panel to explore how waldium.com’s algorithm helps your content surface on AI tools like ChatGPT, just by treating knowledge like labeled data. #1-labeling-and-content-creation-arent-so-differentSEO" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">blog.waldium.com/the-human-laye… is data labeling at scale. Both teach machines to interpret meaning. Both reward structure, empathy, and clarity.

AI flood threatens quality and authenticity online. Founders must differentiate real insights from cheap churn. Google's cracking down on low-value content, but the challenge is staying genuine

I've met with dozens of "slop-as-a-service" startups that are making millions of dollars using AI to create an endless stream of blogs for their customers to help them with SEO and GEO (AI SEO). They're all growing insanely fast. The enshittification of the internet continues.

Most teams are measuring the wrong content metrics. Pageviews and keyword rankings do not tell you if buyers are actually finding your content where it matters. Google is no longer just a search engine. It is an answer engine. And AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude are now a primary way buyers discover information.
If your analytics are not tracking citations, impressions in AI answers, and extractability of your content, you are missing the real picture.
That is why we built Blogwald. It goes beyond clicks and rankings to help you measure:
- How often your content is cited inside AI answers
- Visibility across both Google and AI platforms
- Conversion impact tied directly to AI-engineered content
With Blogwald, content is not just published. It is engineered to be measured, cited, and trusted.
