I would like to make very clear. The @airindia staff was NOT at all helpful. At the airport counter, the staff was clueless and had no answers or solutions. Even though I had escalated this issue right to the top through my contacts - no help and just complacency. The ONLY reason why I have just boarded the 11am flight is because of the timely, voluntary and swift help from the @BLRAirport staff - Vivek and Chandan. They saw us in distress and took it upon themselves to ensure we got seats in a plane, which the @airindia staff lied was full and had no seats remaining. The @airindia Staff categorically lied to us saying the earliest flight that had any availability was 10pm. @airindia are just a bunch of cheats, liars and probably criminals. A special thanks to the amazing folks at @BLRAirport
