This is bullshit Roger @RogerJStoneJr. And my lawyer contacted X months ago to get this fixed and X has not replied. I was living in Arizona attending boarding school at ages 16 and 18 before I went to college. I graduated from high school on my 18th birthday in Arizona. My own family is on the record with the media denying these lies that have been maliciously programmed into AI about me. I have spent thousands of dollars speaking with lawyers about how to address AI defamation. On February 10th, my lawyer Ed Paltzik (who also represents President Trump) sent a 37 page letter to X regarding the Grok AI defamation of me. This cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees to have this detailed legal letter prepared. The letter laid out with receipts how these claims that I was “Baker Acted” and that I am bipolar are false and defamatory. X would have no way of being able to verify this anyway (even though it’s false) because every American’s medical records are private. I have no diagnosis, I don’t take medication, and these claims have been debunked by my own father on the record when he was interviewed by Ken Bensinger @kenbensinger of the NYT for their profile piece of me. He spoke to my beloved father on the phone for over an hour. See screenshots below 👇🏻 Despite me submitting all of this evidence to X, having my lawyer reach out to X counsel and at one point taking it upon myself to even personally DM @elonmusk very politely to ask if this can be fixed, the lies about me continue to be spread by people who want to attack me by maliciously programming AI. I am not blaming Elon for this, but I am addressing these lies that are pushed out by Grok that are used to harm me. Making matters worse, @Grok has continued to contradict itself and say on other occasions that these claims about me are false. It changes its answer depending on the day. I have attached screenshots as evidence. Grok even admitted in several replies that the accusations are unfounded and were first made by someone who doesn’t like me, with no evidence. See screenshots below. This is the type of malicious harassment I have had to deal with as people come up with ways to undermine my credibility. For months, I had been consulting with lawyers about the AI defamation of my character because there is precedent established that AI can be held accountable for defamation. @robbystarbuck sued over something similar and won. I have asked in a non confrontational way for this to be resolved because I enjoy using X, but I am getting tired of people using AI to make up lies about me, and it is evidence that AI really needs to be regulated because it has no authority to be making medical diagnoses of people and fabricating events that never happened. Even if someone was diagnosed with a disorder, cancer or some type of medical condition, how would AI have access to private medical records? Grok is clearly expressing what AI programmers call an “AI hallucination”. It’s absurd that AI can lie this way and when you reach out to X to fix this, they do nothing to address the defamation. @premium @nikitabier @elonmusk @xai Hopefully X fixes this egregious harassment by their AI that continues to cite fake news. I enjoy X and would appreciate them addressing this matter which should alarm everyone who uses AI. Roger Stone admitted he wants to smear me because I criticized Tulsi Gabbard. He told me one year ago over dinner that he is running her 2028 Presidential campaign. Now he’s threatening to file false police reports against me to get me detained for mental health. He’s abusing the law and he’s working with a Government official at ODNI while he weaponizes police to smear me with accusations of insanity.
