A few things to point out regarding the fragmented projectile recovered from the Charlie Kirk autopsy according to the court filing: 1) if the bullet fragmented upon hitting bone and did not exit, the shot angle then comes into play from that rooftop location. @chrismartenson has done good work on the shot angle, and if the shot did come from that rooftop location, it could not have hit the vertebrae they claim it hit. 2) the ATF analysis states the “bullet” or fragment, cannot be identified. Why then are we calling it a bullet fragment? Wouldn’t a better term be projectile? 3) there were other rounds allegedly recovered with the etchings, are these also frangible or fragmented round types? The point is, for all you “overwhelming evidence” people against Tyler Robinson being the lone wolf, we don’t even know if there was a bullet - it hasn’t been identified. We don’t even know if Tyler Robinson was on the roof that day. And we don’t even know if that location on the roof provides the right shot angle for what happened, if it was a gunshot. We want the actual truth revealed and the CORRECT guy, and all who might’ve worked with him, convicted.
