Uni v3 is extremely capital efficient, but LPs can do muuuuch better with the right tools.
-eg. only 80M out of the 340M of TVL in that ETH-USDC pool is within the 14 days 2 std. dev. expected move.
So ~75% of the liquidity will remain out-of-range after 14 days with 95% prob.
