Today I start the next chapter of my career! I am incredibly excited to join @TheBlockCo as Head of Multimedia. For the past 14 years, I've worked as a multimedia journalist and broadcaster. I believe in journalistic integrity and ethics. When I spoke to @lawmaster , @XBT002 @Timccopeland earlier this year, I could really feel that was a core part of the DNA of the company. I also got the feeling that The Block was a place I could continue to learn AND help grow from a multimedia perspective. So I decided to go for it! And that is the task ahead of me. I believe The Block is one of the bastions of quality journalism in the cryptocurrency space. Hopefully, I can do my part to solidify that position. Read a couple sections -- super good in places. Feedback -- the book lacks citations or references. Whether its phrases or concepts that I know originate from others or just plain 'ole good referencing for additional education of readers, you should consider taking the time and effort to add them to the book before publishing.

@privacy_prophet @FrankResearcher Sure as long as it: 1. doesn't shill any nice products 2. explains topics that I view as important the goal of this book is really to cover what matters in a way everyone should understand, not going for complete comprehensiveness

I need time to process this one. BGD was founded by Aave's former CTO and head of backend/frontend. They built V3.1 through V3.7, Gov V3, Umbrella, the safety module rewrite, and so much more. Most of the revenue V3 generates today is driven by their code and innovations. They saved Aave more than once. They've been the most productive engineering team this ecosystem has ever had. Losing them is devastating. I'll write a more detailed reply on the forum when the shock wears off.
