We are on the 20th year anniversary of Gavin Newsom's 10 year plan to solve homelessness in California... Billions of dollars later and the situation is worse than ever before. Not the first billions of dollars wasted by these leftists... Look at that high speed train between LA and SF. What a pipe dream that was...
