What will you do about this? The US gave asylum and citizenship to Bassem Youssef because he was allegedly threatened by the regime in Egypt. He now performs on Egyptian state television, and released a statement yesterday supporting the killing of American soldiers as something worth celebrating on the condition that the Iranian region ultimately survives.

@SenMarkKelly I agree, IF, the power is not being used to build ballistic missles and drones and the bridges are not used to transport them to firing positions.

Threatening to target power plants and other non-military targets is not strength. If those words become orders to destroy civilian infrastructure with no valid military purpose, it’s hard to see how they would not violate the laws of armed conflict. America leads best with strength, discipline, and professionalism. Illegal orders to make civilians suffer would be a black mark on our military and our country.

The @POTUS says he ripped up the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement "without much thought." That much is true. Under that agreement, Iran surrendered 97% of its enriched uranium, retaining a small amount of low-enriched material; D/Ced 13k advanced centerfuges and a heavy-water reactor; and submitted to intrusive inspections. They're program was enfeebled and frozen. When Trump ripped up the agreement, they resumed enriching uranium to much closer to weapon grade. Maybe a little forethought would have been a good thing???

These are families who raised sons and daughters willing to put on the uniform and risk everything for America. And now they’re repaid with fear and intimidation at one of the proudest moments of their lives just so Stephen Miller can hit a stupid quota.

You either do not know the War Powers Act, have not listened to the President's objectives, do not care about the 1,000 Americans Iran has killed, and the thousands of their own citizens they have killed, did not listen to the 7 prior Presidents who said Iran cannot be allowed to build a nuclear weapon or you are a liar. AND, by the way, Socialism has never worked anywhere it has been tried.

I’m thankful one crew member has been rescued and I'm praying for the safety of the other and everyone involved in this operation. Flying combat missions over enemy territory is one of the most dangerous things our military does, and combat search and rescue can be even more dangerous. I know they are doing everything they can to bring this crew home safe.
