Decided I'd start doing some game reviews to scream into the void here every once in a while. Solid 8 for me. I really a enjoyed the melee and gunplay in this game. The story was engaging and passes as a bit better than generic as it (imo) improves more and more as you go.

@worthytask @naMnaSYt Bumi went to the military and Kya went traveling when tenzin went in these trips he’s the when Bumi was 18 tenzin was like 6-8

well this feels OOC for Aang, and even Katara Aang giving special attention to Tenzin makes sense, but taking him and only him on trips just doesn't feel like something he'd do, and Katara definitely wouldn't allow that

He hated when Korra got the airbending at the end of season 1 but for some odd reason not too many posts on his ATLA watch that was going crazy at the Lion Turtle. Was the picture in the library episode enough?

Bending was a martial art affected by one's spiritual understanding and body movements. If they wanted Bolin to be a Lavabender they could've given him a whole arc going into his mothers Fire Nation culture to feel close to them and through training in their movements develop lava Bending after seeing their commonality with the movements from the Red lotus Lava bender. Look into who He was Learn who he was and see the similarities between them (being mixed nations, lost of family) and creating a form of Rivalry/mentorship with him... giving more to a Red lotus member because besides Zaheer, they were all one note and lame. And not only give weight to when Bolin learns to Lavabend, but make it feel earned. Plus, going deep into the shows themes ot the elemental nations being united. You know, do something with the damn characters.

@SupremeBlackKai @naMnaSYt You clearly did not see his post where he genuinely enjoys every time Amon is on screen. And yea, he was upset with what happened to him in the end, but that a common sentiment among tlok fans because he was such a well loved villain.

@xBigCatx @Fenrirtheicewo1 Being the lead didn't even matter. Bolin, Mako, and Asami all got hung out to dry. Not to say anything of the lack of impactful screen time other characters further on the sides got. And i kno they're capable of doing so by vol3 i was all in for Tenzin. That was my dude.

@HarveyTheNerdy I was 50/50 all the way with season 2. Some designs i really could live without like the Lucia shirt change and the rise of Yixuan booty shorts characters (not because lewd, but because i wanted more diverse designs). And some designs i really liked like OBOL and Krampus.

is this a safe place to say I am very happy that the direction of ZZZ changed from Season 1 and am a much bigger fan of Season 2, both character design wise, gameplay wise (mostly) and story wise

@calebsmxlti Also on top of identifying it as a "rare ability" she also notes on Bolin's "talent" as an earthbender. So its also not something you're just able to do or are born with. Bolin had reached a point in his earthbending where it was possible.

Remember how bolins inability to metalbend had nothing to do with intelligence???? 😭

@shookdepression @GlamourPone @DanHarmone Ming-Hua used water for arms, since she didn't have any. At the time she was shocked she was using six water limbs, in a cavern full of water. Mako didn't even shoot directly at her. He shocked the water and the job was done.

Ozai won't even get the pacifist monk bump here lol. Korra wins no diff because she’s just way more versatile and battle-tested. Ozai is basically raw firepower, especially with the comet, but Korra has all four elements, metalbending, better mobility, and way more experience against unpredictable, high-level threats. She’s dealt with people who can take bending away, match her spiritually, or outmaneuver her entirely. Once she adapts, Ozai’s “overwhelm with fire” strategy stops working. And if she goes Avatar State on her own terms, it’s pretty much over. He’s powerful, but she’s built for fights like this.

@shookdepression @GlamourPone @DanHarmone Those people dont practice the art of killing with lightning. They practice a very tame version that allows them to he a boon to society. Remember the fire nation is still paying reparations for what its done. Its likely they outlawed training to kill with lightning.
