So, we've been seeing some interesting videos where Guardians are doing near infinite damage to bosses thanks in part to unintended Artifact perk stacking. Quite hilarious to watch, to be honest! While we're planning a fix (next week likely), we think this is a bit fun. Go ahead. Get out there, beat up on Atheon. Destroy some bosses. Do your thing. Just to note: we will be disabling Artifacts in Crucible/Gambit to protect Guardians from being on the receiving end of this. We tried to come up with a name. The Artifactening? Sure. Why not. With the release of Update 9.7.0.1 on Tuesday, June 16, we will be fixing an issue where the Wish-Ender catalyst was not dropping from the Shattered Throne Dungeon. We wanted to give an early heads-up that this fix means players will no longer be able to acquire Masterworks that they can swap into their weapons. In the meantime, we will not be taking any action to prevent players from doing this prior to the fix going live. Say hi to Dûl Incaru for us.
