imo using ai tools like this is fine as long as it helps the devs (+ it's optional), and it'll get normalized over time anyway, same way AI coding tools went from "bad quality" to "cheating" to standard in just 3 years once people realized how much faster they get things done with it because unfortunately whether people wanna accept it or not, we (including game dev studios) either adapt to these tools or get left behind EVENTUALLY and there's a VERY high chance your favorite app, website or game was already assisted by AI, this isn't new.. studios across the industry (EA, Embark, NetEase, Ubisoft, Activision, etc..) already use AI tools, fortnite is just one of the first few being open about it & how exactly they use it

CD Projekt Red is getting backlash and hiding comments after a post announcing that diverse teams with different experiences help create better games. They also detailed its long-term partnership with Kampania Przeciw Homofobii to support LGBTQ+ initiatives in Poland. The company noted its inclusion in the sixth Diversity IN Check list and participation in the Warsaw Pride parade.

EPIC TALKS ABOUT FORTNITE's CONCEPT ART PROCESS (Skins, POIs, etc..) • Artists still start with original ideas & sketches in Photoshop, Blender, hand-drawing, etc.. • AI tools are used to iterate and test ideas faster • Examples shown include: different POI lighting, style swaps, meteor showers, colors, render passes, etc. • Artists fix mistakes, remove unwanted details, and keep creative control

FORTNITE CONCEPT ART PROCESS (POIs, Characters, etc..) "AI can generate generic stuff all day, but that’s not what we’re doing here… The creative control stays in the hands of the creator"

REPORT: Nick Eh 30 is reportedly filing a copyright claim against Fortnite creator NotRealms. If the dispute escalates to court, damages could range anywhere from $10K to $100K 😳

Welcome to streaming in 2026 where making deceitful content and jumping on the NickEh30 hate bandwagon gets more views than your regular videos @NotRealms. You should lose your Support-A-Creator code. Adding to a fake narrative that I "report everyone" and fueling a hate brigade...He rotoscoped my face/reaction from another video of mine (youtube.com/shorts/bvOSTWA…), and then recorded an entirely fake clip with his friend. And if you go to my past streams, I haven't even used that edit style for my icon skin all season...terrible fake content for views.
