Moving from Ahmedabad to Mumbai in the early 2000s felt less alienating thanks to Twitter connections that helped me blend into the city. That sense of belonging is what I miss most on X now....I speak with Anandita Paul of @mumbaimirror

@gmail Hi. In one of my accounts, I often get spam where the sender is myself, but not; that is, spoofing my own address, sometimes perfectly, sometimes without the dot or with random dots, sometimes from a googlemail dot com domain instead of gmail. How does one deal with that?

It's not just stupid, it's dangerous. If you're making British Jews or European Jews or American Jews synonymous with the army of a foreign state carrying out some of the most evil breaches of IHL this century, then you're asking people to pick a side between Jewish people here as representatives of a group committing genocide and opposing genocide. The government of @ReuvenAzar has killed more than 200 journalists in Gaza. It has been killing upwards of 50-60 civilians in Gaza every day. It is starving babies and young kids. Yet he has the nerve to make such mendacious claims – that too from a platform of a media organisation – against @AJEnglish which is the only channel that is providing the world real time reporting on the Israeli genocide against the Palestinians. Shame on him for justifying the targeted killing of journalists and laying the ground for further murder.
