@VodafoneUK why is it when you call customer services to raise issue with your connection you have babies screaming in the back ground I see the level of customer service has dropped again "NOT" shocking.

lost my phone so “black listed” the device but when I contact the proof of purchase team for insurance purposes, they say they can’t send me proof because my device hasn’t been black listed yet.

@O2 Been an @O2 customer for 2 years but their service has only gotten worse. Internet barely works, constant outages. Avoid O2 for mobile data! #Frustrated#SwitchingProviders

@O2 It’s not happy. Over a week later and my delivery next day as advertised on your website has still not arrived. Your complaints team has still not gotten back to me. Your customer service is shocking and non existent. 10yrs of O2 and this has me wanting to change networks
@O2 You also don’t like returning calls on complaints either or actually following through with any promises of rectifying your mistakes to your customers detriment.
