Electricity usage is proxy measure for work being done. If the US doesn't get on board soon with solar and batteries, China is going to leave us so far behind we will not catch up.

@AdamLowisz - Sorry, could you have made a mistake here? Shouldn't it be "China will be so far ahead," and the U.S. so far behind?
