Eskom North West is pleased to report that 80% of customers in Phokeng have now been back‑fed from alternative feeders/substations and their supply has been restored.
Some customers may still experience low voltage as our teams continue to work on-site to fully stabilise supply and complete repairs.
We thank our customers and continue to ask for their patience and understanding as we finalise the restoration.
Safety Alert: Keep sensitive appliances switched off until voltage stabilises and report any ongoing issues to Eskom at 0800 11 27 22 or via SMS to 31090.
