have watched a few of your vids, you’re great. here are my thoughts. 01 & 02. you have the formats already, you’re missing the timeliness of execution. see @leoduff" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@leoduff you have a similar style but his videos are ideated surrounding relevant/trending topics > easier to ideate & more short-term reach. we’ve see YT lowering evergreen/old videos’ reach > better to focus on the 30-90 day potential now. regarding 03. hire a killer writer & give him equity.

Brilliant! For context, my current strategy is not competing with others in tech new news, but rather creating a new "tech product"/"software product" niche. Videos not for designers or for engineers, but with wide appeal (but still interesting for high value tech audience). My idea is not trying to compete on "tech video essays" (e.g. Leo Duff) but create something new
