My wife and I have had this exact conversation. It went like this: we both love our spouse more than we love even the kids. BUT each of us also love the kids more than we love our own life.
Therefore, I would save the kids, because that's what my wife would want me to do - to save them instead of her, and I am fulfilling (with tears) her wishes. Also vice-versa.
I would save my wife over my mom though.

Even 6 weeks after hurt like hell.
It can take months to recover enough for sex to be enjoyable for the woman.

My 3 yo is small for his age. Like, really small. Born at 5 lb and then stayed in the 1st percentile for weight.
We’ve had all sorts of tests run but no answers.
Doctors are now pushing growth hormones. I’m not too keen on the idea.

You need more executive function to “prep” anything. That’s the nature of “prep.” If you want advice about no prep, one ingredient, tasty and healthy meals, let’s chat. If you have no issue managing perishable ingredients, marinating in advance, spending 30 min chopping veggies, and doing extensive clean up bc you’ve used a ton of dishes, then congrats!

During the fasting window, stick to water and nothing else. Usually, those dips in sugar are caused by drinking flavored drinks, which causes insulin release, which triggers the dip.
