Who do you think an 18-year-old construction or landscape worker has as his peers all day? Who do you think a 20-year-old warehouse worker is working with?
Who do you think a new hire to JP Morgan is working with? Kids were 14 years old learning Yu-Gi-Oh! cards from people 10-15 years older than them. This has always been a thing.
