Some people have been reaching out (nicely and not so nicely) for why I sold my @JirasanOfficial bag so wanted to put together a quick 🧵👇 I bought my first genesis for 18e right after gen 2 launch. I held it though the OS delisting fiasco, SG meetup / Jiraverse launch and fp drop, ETH dying, etc. I then got scammed and lost my genesis and 25e of other NFTs. I took a break from crypto but couldn't stay away and bought another genesis for 6e. Held that through merge, art reveal, @redactedcoin flight build up and downturn, etc. Then all eyes were on TGE. I know Shan had always said Jirasans would get min 10% allocation but there were multiple hints on his AMAs and chats that allocation would be more and it may be 100% unlock. I was hoping to finally take some profits leading into TGE hype. Then when I heard Amresh say it was 10-15% allocation w vesting I knew it was not going to be received well. This space is full of flipoors, extractoors, profit takers, etc looking for immediate allocations so I figured this would cause a drop. Having been through so many of these scenarios before I decided to take profits and recoup my losses. In my experience in Web3 the PG team (Shan, Amresh, etc) are the most approachable, down to earth, humble team I have seen. They genuinely care about their holders and want to see everyone win. The tokenomics are an example of this - it allows all to profit w low unlock and randomized vesting but hurts anyone looking for quick profits. It is a really good idea and long term it should succeed. I personally and planning to rejoin - either pre- TGE (depending on FP) or buying the blood post TGE. Still bullish on the team, products, etc. and will always be a jira... #jirawrrr
