We are excited to announce a new win in the Defence division by our subsidiary @MistralSoln Pvt. Ltd. – an order valued at approximately ₹25 crore under the prestigious LCA Mk1A programme of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Under this order, Mistral Solutions will supply Single Board Computer, further contributing to the LCA Mk1A program for HAL. All systems will be manufactured and delivered from AXISCADES’ newly commissioned DAL (Devanahalli Atmanirbhar Complex) facility located at the Bangalore Aerospace Park, near Kempegowda International Airport. Commenting on the development, Mr. C. AXISCADES delivered a strong and quality-led Q3 FY26 performance, with 25% YoY revenue growth, driven by a 36% surge in core domains, underscoring the momentum in our Aerospace, Defence and ESAI businesses. For the 9M period, Core revenues grew 26% YoY, reflecting sustained demand and disciplined execution across priority segments. EBITDA expanded with margins improving, and EBITDA for the 9MFY26 reached ₹ 144 crores, already surpassing last year’s full-year level of 142 crores, and the diluted EPS for 9M’26 (not annualized) at ₹16.73 grew by 65.2% from ₹ 10.13 in the same period of PY - demonstrating operating leverage and earnings strength. Growth is further supported by rising defence order intake and the commissioning of our 165,000 sq.ft. Devanahalli Aero Land (DAL) manufacturing facility.
