In Spain, the 13-year-old daughter of a mother was kidnapped and raped by a neighbor. The attacker was sentenced to nine years in prison. Approximately six years after serving his sentence, the attacker was released on parole and returned to the city. He encountered the mother at a bar near a bus stop.
