I highly recommend this book btw. I'm an artist myself, and this book has a lot of short chapters that make me think about my own creative processes. It's allowing me to be more free, to experiment, to feel okay about losing my rigidness

I’m currently reading ‘The Creative Act: A Way of Being’ by Rick Rubin, which we know is a book Namjoon has also read. This particular passage stopped me in my tracks. I couldn’t help but think of No. 29. 🔔 “When listening, there is only now. In Buddhist practice, a bell is rung as part of the ritual. The sound instantly pulls the participant into the present moment. It’s a small reminder to wake up.”

You can wipe the salt off if you don't like it or have to watch your sodium, and the butter is honestly optional too, but baked goods bathed in lye (Laugengebäck) is pretty unique to German-speaking countries and Alsace and it's sooooo yum

Unfortunately it really is the best hand cream I've tried, especially in shared office settings (not greasy, so doesn't leave residue on keyboard). I'm consoling myself with the thought that a tube lasts me a good 6-8 months 🫠
