@wmeyersiegfried @Okla_OAG Gentner fought the ACLU to defend Oklahoma’s ban and WON in court. The Tennessee case reaffirmed what Gentner had established by BEATING the ACLU. This headline is a completely dishonest picture of what actually occurred.

Today's ruling by the United States Supreme Court in U.S. v Skrmetti is a tremendous victory for Oklahoma’s children, ensuring they will not be subjected to the consequences of these life-altering surgeries. Please be sure to give your condolences to @GovStitt and @RyanWalters_ after the Supreme Court ended their effort to force taxpayer funding of radical Islamic schools. I fought them at every turn to uphold our Christian values and defend religious liberty—and won. Now things are exactly as they should be: Oklahoma parents have the right to send their child to any religious school they want, and they can even get a tax credit to help with tuition. Pure school choice, pure religious liberty. God Bless America!
