I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate with this, but I'm actually ok with the delay and future. For me personally, there is so much change that has happened in my life since the release of Destiny. I can't hard-core the game the way I used to and slowing things down lets me experience other games I really want to play while also being able to enjoy Destiny without being rushed to do everything before a new season comes.

🚨BREAKING: Destiny 2: Shadow and Order Major update officially delayed, now releasing on June 9, 2026. Original release date was March 3, 2026. "This update is being changed and expanded to include sizable quality-of-life updates and as a result, will also be renamed."
