Bill Gates proposes the use of gene sequencing, AI and satellite data to make crops "climate resilient", in order to "improve the lives of over 500 million farmers". "We don't just want these improvements to be in the lab—we want them to scale up. We're impatient to see this done." Why would a man who believes there are too many humans care so deeply about improving the lives of farmers?

Gates is not feeding the world, he is patenting the food supply. By pushing lab grown seeds and digital tracking on farmers, he gains total control over who eats and who starves. It is a classic move to trap small growers into corporate dependence while he buys up the farmland. This has nothing to do with charity and everything to do with centralizing power under the guise of saving the planet from a fake climate crisis.
