This is what I looked like 11 months ago vs. 4 months ago. and I've grinded my ass off to be where I'm at today. People use to call me fat and still do, and it motivates me to continue to grind! Not only for myself but for my son. I have motivated people to get back into the gym and grind, and it makes me happy that I can do that for others.
