@BeWiser Can you please stop sending noreply emails, no reply text messages when I clearly cancelled the direct debit so your automated renewal will not go through? Your own noreply email says it won't renew if the direct debit is cancelled.

@BeWiser I am missing calls from a lady called Stacie regarding a complaint I made online, but Yr hours are Mon -Fri 9am to 3pm. My working hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm... you see my problem, my lunch is only 30 mins, not enough spare time, how do we resolve this.

@BeWiser I have contacted u regarding the DS3 recall and u have advised they have not heard about this.. u advised me to cancel my insurance, however surely I need this if my car gets broken into ... can you clarify if I am still insured to drive my car whilst awaiting a fix
