Awful customer experience. Firstly reporting the issue as not intermittent when I explicitly told him it was. On the second repair they didn't send the pin login I provided to the repair team. Third time, the staff at the repair desk said no more than 5 words to me.

The person on the phone had no access to repair data, told me to go back to store. The laptop is less than a year old. This is the third repair. Why am I not being told what was diagnosed by the repair team and what was fixed? Why can nobody tell me who to speak to to find out?
